1. Publisher

Tavukoi is an independent project, developed and published by Yoshox (pseudonym), an independent developer based in France, on a non-professional basis.

2. Purpose

Tavukoi is an independent, free Android app for tracking, rating, and organizing the movies and TV shows you watch. The tavukoi.com website presents the app and lets you get in touch with us.

3. Access to the service

The app is accessible from age 13, in line with its age rating on the Google Play Store.

Sign-in happens exclusively through a Google account: by signing in, you confirm that you hold a valid Google account and meet the age requirements set by Google for its use.

4. How your account works

Your Tavukoi account is created automatically the first time you sign in with Google. No separate password is required. Some information from your Google account (email address, name, profile picture) is retrieved to create and display your profile in the app.

You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and the device the app is installed on secure.

5. Content and third-party sources

Movie and TV show information (synopses, posters, cast, release dates) comes from TMDB (The Movie Database). Streaming availability shown in the app is provided via TMDB, sourced from JustWatch data. This information is provided for reference only and may contain errors or change without notice; Tavukoi does not guarantee its accuracy.

The "Tavukoi" name, logo, and brand are the property of the publisher. Third-party trademarks and content referenced (TMDB, JustWatch, streaming platforms) remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Availability and changes to the service

Tavukoi is built by a single person, in their spare time. The publisher does its best to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee continuous availability or the absence of bugs.

Tavukoi is currently 100% free and ad-free. Optional paid features may be introduced in the future to help support development; the core service (tracking, ratings, organization) will always remain free.

7. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time — see the "Delete my account" page for instructions. Your request will be processed within 30 days at most, in accordance with applicable regulations (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Liability

Tavukoi is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The publisher cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or how information provided by integrated third-party services (TMDB, JustWatch) is used.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time, notably to reflect changes to the app. The last-updated date at the top of this page is refreshed whenever a change is made. We recommend checking it periodically.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first, notably via contact@tavukoi.com.
