How to delete your account

Send an email to support@tavukoi.com from the email address associated with your Tavukoi account, with the subject line "Account deletion".

• Include the email address of your account (the one you use to sign in with Google)
• Confirm that you want your account and all your data permanently deleted

We'll verify your request and proceed with the deletion within 30 days at most.

What data gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (name, picture, banner, bio, date of birth, country, social media handles)
• Your watchlist, watch history, and episode-by-episode progress
• Your ratings and reviews of movies and shows
• Your custom lists and favorites
• Your followers and the accounts you follow
• Any other data associated with your account

This action is irreversible: once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Processing time

Your request is handled manually and is usually completed within 30 days at most, in line with GDPR. You'll receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
