When TV Time announced it was shutting down, my mother was looking for a clean, simple, and ad-free place to keep tracking her shows. Seeing her struggle to find the right app, I decided to build one for her.

She's actually the one who came up with the name: Tavukoi. It's a play on the casual French expression "T'as vu quoi?" ("What did you watch?"), because at the end of the day, that's exactly what you log here.
